Meet My Wedding Violinist. Steven is a native of New York and currently serving the Hampton Roads, Virginia community with his musical talent. He holds a B.M. in Music Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia. For over the past twenty years, Steven has been playing his violin to entertain people. Steven has studied under the renowned Janet Sung, Maureen Yuen, Michael Emmry, and Stephanie Park.

In addition to being a published composer, Steven has developed an extensive amount of performance experience over the years performing with the SUNY Fredonia Symphony, The Dover Symphony, The College of St. Rose Chamber Orchestra, as well as numerous local and regional ensembles, trios, quartets, bands, and his traditional celtic group, Celtica. Since 2008 Mr. Campbell has been the Director of Orchestras at a public school in Chesapeake, Virginia where he educates young, aspiring musicians.

Since 2002, Steven has performed for weddings, cocktail hours, and special events in a wide variety of locations including historic churches, sprawling golf courses, sandy beaches, fragrant gardens, extravagant yachts, and even in the basket of a hot air balloon hundreds of feet off the ground! His versatility and willingness to perform in somewhat atypical locations has earned him a positive reputation among his colleagues and clients.

Update: On August 10th, 2013 Steven was happily married to the love of his life, Oksana. It was a beautiful ceremony. Steven asked his best violin student to perform for the ceremony.
